      Friendly work environment, open doors, you can easily access the management up to the company CEO you will learn so many things technically and on the personal side as well good work-life balance

      Cons

      benefits aren't very good, salaries are below average, Mobinil acquisition has made things not clear and no one knows what will happen

      Pros

      Good experience in Internet service provider environment with good chance for gaining knowledge and learn a lot of technologies .

      Cons

      Working plan was in shift​ basis and I didn't like the night shift too much as I like to work in normal business hours.
