Excellent Company, but TOO lenient - Engineering Manager LIVIO Building Systems Employee Review

- No Executive Management in India , hence other employees who are here for just to make their paycheck take a lot of dis-advantage - Pressure to engineer more and more efficient , this is good but then requires a lot off hard work :), suitable for you if you want to work hard and grow, not otherwise - Once identified that you are not adding value due to your work inefficiencies, you are let go, hence only if you actually want to work and grow only then join. No place to make your resume only!
