Pros

I truly have nothing good to say, the app is not that great either, download it and see for your self. I gave two stars as some of the people I work with are great.

Cons

This company is based in TW and over all over Asia, they have little to no respect for Americans and have heard the quote come from their moth many of times that "Americans are Stupid." You work long hours dealing with overseas headquarters as they don't care what time it is there. They don't care to hear your ideas or input they just tear you down and say what they did work in multiple Asian countries so it will work in the US. Employees are forced to watch streams. That does not say good things about the app when employees don't even want to watch streamers willingly. The app has a very Asian angel to it and they don't care to Americanize it as TikTok did. HEADS UP, they had a contest to win a $100 Amazon gift certificate if you put a good review into glass door. All reviews were bought...

Close knit team giving it a family effect. Challenging market to get into which forces you to think outside the box in order to problem solve. Great for those would to get involved in entertainment management

Pros

lol not much... but if you're in Asia, I'm sure it's nice to work for a recognizable brand

Cons

I worked in the US office. The senior leadership in Asia does not know how to run a company—and by that, I'm mainly referring to the former CEO, Jo Phua. He's a bully, and I could stop there, but he also had zero ability to effectively lead a company towards a goal. The revenue and growth goals would change multiple times per month (sometimes multiple times per week), and they didn't acknowledge or care how that affected the day-to-day operations of each team. They demanded your loyalty (aka literally expecting you to work 24/7) without ever showing their appreciation. I saw Jo stepped down in Aug 2020, so maybe it's better there... but the culture was so toxic, I can't imagine it getting better any time soon.
