Some very good hardworking people helping the company succeed over many years.
Cons
New Executive Leadership is not willing to listen to the team, the customer, or the market. A great deal of "fluff" in top down communications however within the leadership circle there is only one way, the Whirlpool way. New company leader only wants old employees from last company around him because they help his ego and say yes to everything without an understanding of the industry, market, or ripple impact. Change is important however so is listening, learning, and allowing for a healthy difference of opinion.
