      Pros

      Some flexibility- kind people. Not much else.

      Cons

      Where do you begin? Extremely stingy. They talk a good game but don’t deliver. The software is a joke. All talk and no action. Extremely high turnover. Leaving people and learners to suffer. Shambolic communication. Management treats the staff like children. It’s kindness mixed in with cruelty.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
