      Pros

      Joined LMP in 2022 and so far have been enjoying my job role. The culture is modern, vibrant and instead of being a 'jack of all trades' in the world of Apprenticeships and Training, LMP stick to what they know and do it well. Targets are reachable, management are approachable and welcome new ideas. Micro management does not happen which makes for a committed workforce who feel valued to do there job well.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
