      So much room for growth within the organisation - opportunities for promotion or change within the organisation Management who actually listen - we asked for a better work/life balance, and they worked to give us one.

      I can honestly say, I do not believe there are any.

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
