      Pros

      Working for LMP is great, you are recognised for all the work you put in to your role, if you would like to progress within your career they are there to support you all the way! The managers are great and all the people who work here are lovely also. It is generally one of the best companies I have worked for and I can't wait to see what 2025 brings!

      I currently don't have any downsides to working at LMP!

      well I dont know that there is any - maybe an extra days holiday each year up to 5 years

      Cons

      cold, thoughtless, rude, no emotional intelligence - and thats the top management ! SLT are hell bent on getting one person out of the company come hell or high water and messing with their mental well being, to the point that this person attempted suicide because of the way they were treated.
