Worst company I’ve ever worked for - Gunsmith II LOGMET Employee Review

They were very organized and professional. They trained me well and made sure I was doing a correct job.

It's not a permanent job and contracts are due every year.

The pay and hours at the location I worked. Thats it.

Very poor HR and management. They underbid contracts and take away benefits that were in union contract. Company will force you to accept their expensive and crappy health insurance if you have Tricare. Yes, you read that correctly. If you are retired military and have Tricare, Logmet will not accept it. They are the only company that does this. Unless you have no other options, stay away from this company.
