Pros

casual attire and health spending benefits

Cons

too much gossip from all departments. a lot very young people who still act immature. a lot of obvious bullies. so many employees get promoted very fast just because their managers love them. the management was on high alert when they heard employees complained about favoritism but it is blunt obvious. but nothing has changed. pay is low compared to market value. they do culture survey quarterly but no actions. not strict dressed codes but need to make it stricter as employees wear slippers or very tiny shorts or dress. not professional. no room for advancement unless current managers retire. no career opportunities.

Thank you for your review and I appreciate the feedback you’ve taken the time to share. I see that you are a current team member and that you’ve listed yourself as with us for less than 1 year. Appreciatively then, you’ve joined our team at a time when we are going through a new journey following last year’s acquisition. And this has impacted us – so when you say that culture is different, you’re right. It is different and will continue to evolve as we connect more meaningfully to our broader teams. I hear you when you share advice of needing to see actions. I’m with you on this. A lot of work is currently happening “behind the scenes” with regards to areas such as compensation and total rewards. And we will be communicating more on all of what’s happening and to come – I promise. Gotta admit, I was surprised (and a bit bummed out) to read your feedback about the lack of advancement and career opportunities. We’ve had many talented colleagues move to new internal roles across Apexa, LOGiQ3 and TAI, and we constantly have opportunities we are recruiting for. And we have no plans to stop doing this. So, I’d love to be able to have a conversation with you, to learn more about how you’re looking to grow, and how we can support you with career development. When you reference gossip, you have me wondering about something. Over the last year, we haven’t provided as much communication/info about the integration as we should have. And I can appreciate that in the absence of info, people are going to create their own narrative, which could contribute to what you are calling gossip. Let me know if I’m on the right track and if I’m not, help me better understand. There are also 2 words I’m honing in on within your review – bullying and favoritism. As someone who has personally been bullied in a previous work environment, I know what it feels like and what it does to someone. Over my career, I’ve also seen favoritism in action in other workplaces. And I take these very seriously. I can’t change Glassdoor’s model of anonymity – I can only ask for your willingness to confidentially come forward, to help me better understand this. Thank you for being part of our team. I hope that we can help turn your negative outlook of LOGiQ3 into a positive one. Wishing you a great weekend ahead.
