      Nice boss, He is willing to lead and share knowledge, not a type of micromanagement boss. Nice colleagues who are willing to collab. There are numerous projects where you could learn and gain experience

      Cons

      Health insurance is cut for employees who work under 1 year. Last year the company went through a mass layoff which affects our mood significantly.
