Meaningful work with work-life balance. Great co-workers! Current management is much better, less favoritism.

Not a lot of opportunities for advancement.

All of the clinicians were great. Very motivated and compassionate people who truly care for their clients. Very collaborative work environment-- I could always count on someone to help me out/provide inspiration. Flexible work schedule. Very supportive and knowledgeable management.

Like always, sometimes the work in this field can be difficult and emotionally taxing. However, practicing self-care and communicating with colleagues makes the sometimes heavy material manageable.
