The Leaders Romans Group are a progressive organisation keen to see their staff unlock their potential and become industry qualified by supporting and funding them on their journey. Quarterly and annual awards recognise the service and dedication of the staff. Teamwork across the board is key to the business succeeding. The Group regularly hold fundraising events for local charities and have developed strong contacts with local schools enabling work experience within the business.

      Cons

      Working for a large group can sometimes feel overwhelming but the comradeship in the local team overcomes this.

Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on.
