Pros

Progressive and always planning ahead Cares about employees and supports them well Clear business plan Effective Management Structure

Cons

Some major changes and new ancillaries could be better trained out to when initially introduced to avoid any confusion and enable staff to deal with queries more effectively/sell products. A greater ability to assist with training new starters with the business would be beneficial - trainer could be based in area to ensure we have ability to assist Branches within each area.
