      Pros

      Recently I joined Leaders and found all the staff so down to earth and welcoming. I have had so much support since starting, making me very motivated for progression within the company and in the future. Leaders have provided me with so many opportunities and information to enhance my learning and development within the business already. The induction course ran by Chris Wilkinson was very helpful and insightful. The speeches presented were inspiring and eye opening. I came away with more knowledge and understanding of the company. I am honoured and privileged to work for Leaders. Most importantly I am excited for what the future brings.
