      Individual office staff are lovely

      Cons

      Pay is awful, earning minimum wage with monthly top ups to get there, no incentive to do well with commission as they move the goal posts with ‘annual’ pay reviews. Understaffed due to many leaving because of the toxic culture from senior management with no real support at all. I used to love my job but can’t wait to leave.
