Pros

Pay was decent and the working hours were ok.

Cons

When Nettitude made their redundancies, I was told that my manager would help me, so that I could complete my apprenticeship. They only contacted me to get my equipment back and that was it. Was left high and dry, now I'm damaged goods to other employers.

Work-life balance is encouraged but can be a challenge because we have so much to achieve. Ultimately, it is up to each individual to set and stick to their working hours.

Great list of clients, people are genuinely passionate at what they do, hybrid work model.

Cons

Employee bandwidth overload which causes burnout, employee turnover rate increasing, leadership are cold and uninspiring, demoralizing, frequent org changes
