Business Outlook
Pros
Nice new office. Office hours are 8:30-4:30 with an hour paid lunch. Free lunch once a month. Decent benefit package, but you’d expect better from a benefits agency.
Cons
Most of the management has no business managing anyone. Upper management is untrusting and untrustworthy. Owners steal clients and therefore commissions from producers. Shady business practices that I wanted to no longer be a part of.
