Pros

Once you're in...you're in. The sky is the limit. They listened a lot to what their resident had to say about community renovations. They were not cheap with paying their vendors, or incentives.

Cons

They acquired more properties in Florida that created a need for a Regional Manager for about 6 properties, and only one in Orlando. The new Regional presented very well, however her most recent background was with a management company that did not have the same standard of quality. It is my opinion that in an effort to show her efficiency, she compromised the quality of the standard that was being upheld. I do understand the desire to show how you can save the owners money, however...this kind of compromise has a huge "trickle down" effect...a gradual compromise with the standard of quality with the product, allows for a compromise of standard of quality with the consumers, and vendors...and where the "bottom line" may show some improvement allbeit momentarily, the property and its vendor relations, and resident have all had to accept a sub-standard product, service...and the decline starts so unassumingly. Anyways...I think they figured things out...and are making great strides to move back up to their usual "par"!
