- it is amazing how incompetent leadership is. Those at the very top have ZERO self awareness and love blaming everyone else when the entire company sees that the toxicity and failures come directly from them. - they had two great leaders the whole company loved but they weren’t willing to get in line and just do whatever they are told to. So they just got cut and you now see a bunch of “yes (wo)men”. - Everyone is so disgruntled it is depressing - The People Team should be renamed. They have no concern about the good of the people at rS, they just work in an echo chamber and be pleasers to ELT vs doing what is right for the employees. The kind caring motherly persona played by leadership is an act, do not trust HR for one moment. Oh and they have cameras in certain of the office that they like to watch people on. DO NOT WORK HERE! DO NOT IGNORE THE GLASSDOOR REVIEWS. They will tell you it’s just a few disgruntled developers but it’s clearly a pattern for over 2 years now. Don’t take the reviews lightly.
