Pros
You learn more here than you would a typical agency, but be warned. You only learn so much because by the end of it you have five people's jobs in one and have worked 60 hour work weeks. Oh and if you don't answer emails or phone calls on the weekend? Yeah, well then the management is personally mad at you and won't speak to you for days.
Cons
Incredible dishonesty from the top down. Telling a client that you have a huge team behind you to "get the job done", when in fact it's two people is a big problem. Your expectations for your employees is unrealistic. They promote "family" and "we're all in this together", meanwhile they're talking behind their employees backs and constantly telling clients lies including faking numbers and giving the most unrealistic deadlines that are humanly possible. Stop lying to your clients, stop treating your employees with such disrespect, and stop promoting your company like it's the best place to work when if you look at any of the real reviews on here, you'll know that it's not.
