Pros

Employee benefits, staff claims, close to public transport, work from home 2 days a week

Cons

- High turnover (every week HR brings new-comers on-board) - Long-term employees reluctant to guide (gives attitude) despite knowing the turnover is high and new employees require guidance - Seniors may point out your mistakes in the team groupchat for everyone to see despite being next to you because they'd rather write a whole essay for everyone instead confronting you in person like a decent human being - HQ staff required to be on-ground at concourse events from 10am-10pm despite hiring part-timers/BAs for events - Systems still very manual and inefficient - Required to carry out out-of-scope activities and often running errands on pay & claim basis - Many, MANY meetings til you can't even book a meeting room for a simple 10min meeting - Closest restaurants to office all require queuing due to the limited options they have

Pros

Free products, hybrid set up

Cons

Working under this toxic leadership is a recipe for burnout, characterized by an impossible workload, low pay, and an absolute lack of operational structure. Employees are set up to fail with constantly shifting weekly directions, nonexistent SOPs, and volatile managers who lash out when one person cannot humanly complete everything. To compound the frustration, management regularly monitors company reviews but is seemingly too afraid to actually address any of the issues raised, while HR acts as an accomplice to leadership by turning a blind eye, ensuring that nothing ever changes.
