Employees are set up to fail with constantly shifting weekly directions, nonexistent SOPs, and volatile managers who lash out when one person cannot humanly complete everything. To compound the frustration, management regularly monitors company reviews but is seemingly too afraid to actually address any of the issues raised, while HR acts as an accomplice to leadership by turning a blind eye, ensuring that nothing ever changes.
