Pros

Baffling to see the number of glowing reviews popping up on this page but it’s hard not to notice that these reviews all seem to come right after company retreat where HR and leadership are clearly encouraging (or even forcing) people to leave positive feedback. Glaringly obvious that some of these reviews are strategically placed by the leadership team and HR.

Cons

Let’s get one thing straight, this company doesn’t value its employees. If you start here, don’t expect any significant growth, salary revision, or career development. The starting salary is already below market standards, and once you're confirmed in the role, don’t hold your breath for any salary increase. They expect you to work like a robot, often with little regard for work life balance. People leave within 6 months not because they aren’t good at their jobs, but because they’re burned out, underpaid, and unappreciated. What’s worse is the company culture is built on the idea that you’re replaceable. They’re fine with stretching you thin because they know they can just replace you when you burn out. They don’t invest in developing their employees, they just want to work you to the bone. If you have any ambition or desire to grow, don’t waste your time here. I wish I could say that the leadership team cares about people, but that would be a lie. They’re more concerned about padding their own pockets while expecting everyone else to put in the extra hours without any compensation or appreciation. If you see any good reviews, take them with a grain of salt. They’re either a result of pressure from HR or written by the leadership team themselves.

Pros

- Flexible hour - complimentary good claim (lots of luxury brands to pick) - not as much office politic issue as I expected

Cons

Bad leadership- always guilt trip & gaslight employees. No sense of empathy and living with #oneteam slogan when there’s a problem but when there’s an issue, you’re by your own. No proper measurement in KPI- performance. In KPI review, you will never be able to achieve far exceeded, because you need to be “above & beyond” to pick this. When you asked the manager on how to achieve it, the respond was I don’t know either. Not sure if this a pro or con, you’ll need to do EVERYTHING by yourself. With that, you’re able to learn so much but never good at one thing. They always encourage you to speak up but when you raise a problem, you’re either being ignored or being the caused of the problem for bringing up a problem Company is not fluid enough, if you’re looking into changing a different team/ department, just forget about it. However, management is able to move you to diff rent team/ department just because of “company restructure”

Pros

- I’ve attended team building events at this company, and this one genuinely felt different in a very positive way. Unlike previous ones, this event was clearly arranged with the intention of actually doing something for the team, rather than just ticking a box or going for the cheapest possible option. - The trainers were great, engaging, and well-prepared. The activities were fun, well-paced, and thoughtfully structured so people stayed involved without feeling forced. Having nice food available throughout the day was also a big plus and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Cons

- This stood in sharp contrast to a previous team building event that was bad from start to finish. There were no meaningful activities, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and forced, and the overall messaging came across more like an attempt at “brainwashing” than genuine team engagement. We hated every second of that one. - This time, however, the difference in leadership and organization was very noticeable. It was clear that this team building was led with care and intention. Special credit to the CFO for leading this initiative and to some members of the T&E team (not same people as previous team building as seen) who were very hands-on and did a great job supporting the organization throughout the event.
