Luxe has been a great company to work for, they’ve been willing to work with my schedule and offer the flexibility that I need. It seem like the managers genuinely care about the employees.

Because it’s a newer company, there are a lot of changes happening.

Great team! Management has good communication and always checking in to make sure we are doing well personally and as a team. You are valued as an employee and there are opportunities for growth within the company.

Must be able to adapt and a desire to learn. The team is always trying to improve their processes and technology so if you don’t like learning new things, gaining new knowledge about eye care, or trying to improve the patient and team experience then it’s not for you.
