      flex-time, management team treats employees with respect and fairness

      Cons

      too much paper work. your phone rings off the hook. you have to transport clients in your own vehicle 90 % of the time (there is only 1 company car to share among 10 employees).

      Values posters take up space on the walls.

      Cons

      Unprofessional atmosphere. No raises. Unhealthy stress levels due to poor management. Time off is influenced by favoritism. Culture is paranoid and cliquey, not welcoming and supportive.
