      Pros

      If you need a job, they'll hire nearly anybody. Decent schedule, M- Th 12 hours.

      Cons

      Most shift leaders lack leadership skills, they're just the guys that have been there longest. Training is good if you get the right trainer, but odds are not in your favor.

      Pros

      lot of room to grow innovation and technology that could be winning in the market easily. LG chemical is basically parent company and Hausys is more of application and development

      bit of politics that is driving competition between the teams
