The Managing Director exhibits a highly controlling and micromanaging leadership style, with limited respect for employee autonomy. Expects you to still reply email, even if you are overseas for holiday. Despite a consistently high staff turnover, leadership does not acknowledge responsibility for retention challenges. Middle management is just boot-licking their way through despite incompetency and using chatGPT for every email. Denies fault and will blames staff for lack of effort in their work or initiative despite their lack of proper leadership or direction.
