Pros

work load is acceptable and manageable.

Cons

The Managing Director exhibits a highly controlling and micromanaging leadership style, with limited respect for employee autonomy. There are concerns about inappropriate involvement/manipulation with customers/new biz introduced by staff, as well as frequent non-work-related one-to-one meetings that probe into personal matters which he will use it against you in future disputes/talks. Disagrees of staff making friends in office. The organisation shows little openness to flexible work arrangements, career progression, or salary reviews, and maintains a strongly anti-WFH and leave-averse/MC culture. Expects you to still reply email, even if you are overseas for holiday. Despite a consistently high staff turnover, leadership does not acknowledge responsibility for retention challenges. Middle management is just boot-licking their way through despite incompetency and using chatGPT for every email. Denies fault and will blames staff for lack of effort in their work or initiative despite their lack of proper leadership or direction.

Pros

I would like to raise my concern regarding the HR team at LX Pantos Singapore. From my personal experience, I found their attitude to be insincere and lacking empathy when dealing with employees. HR should play a supportive and understanding role, but instead, their responses often felt superficial and not genuinely helpful.

Cons

HR should be the bridge between management and employees, showing understanding and support, but in this case, the experience was disappointing
