      Cons

      Being an intern, you don't have enough time to train for a flight controller certification, so you are limited in some aspects of what you can do.

      Pros

      Small company environment makes it easier to make connections. Nice people. CEO is great.

      Cons

      Benefits and yearly raises are horrible. They only give 1% raises even when you have excellent performance reviews. Communication could be better from management.
