Pros

The Job itself was nice, if you stay on long enough to get to a route position, which requires someone else leaving. Good pay, though it has to be to cover all of your expenses, of which the company covers $0. No food, gas, car wear and tear, and alot of your time that you wont get paid for. A big pro though if you can't speak enlgish, they're hiring because they're going to pay you way less than the people that came before you. so you'll get hired easy.

Cons

Very shady and has done quite a few illegal moves. They started requiring stat drivers to pick up every single order no matter what or they take your full days pay. Stat drivers had a $150 guarantee which they were supposed to break down hourly if needed. But some point this year that changed to, if you worked 6am-2pm and you received an order at 1:55 that was 45 minutes away from downtown, you HAD to accept it or they'd take your whole day's pay. If you've worked a driving job, that's 45 minutes there, 45 minutes back, and however much time you spend in both labs, likely about 15 minutes in total there. And you didnt get paid any extra for this. Used to.... On top of them asking to see your personal property like inside your car every night, which as a contractor thats not legal in missouri. They also expect you to use all of your time. I worked 7 day weeks for 3 years. you drive on holidays too, with no holiday pay anymore either. Used to be $150 added but its gone. 60 hour weeks are a norm. Also you don't get any form of OT for those extra hours because you're a contractor. Regular pay rate. At one point I had trained all of the drivers we had, and i was the most senior driver. Probably...6-7 people. And by the time i left all of those people were gone. I watched ~15 people disappear when i first joined the team and had a route in under 6 months because of it. Overall one of the worst company turnovers i've ever seen. I think seasonal workers for places last longer on average. The only reason i stayed was because i love driving and i found the work to be really easy. But even then the whole time I wanted out, any time management spoke to me about anything I just wanted out. They're too dumb to be operating anything.

Pros

Promised good pay, route and start date.

Cons

Do not trust them. Their "Master Contractor" said they have a route available in Liverpool NY travel to labs in PA, pay rate, and date to start. I completed the required Certifications (2) which I had to pay for myself and complete the necessary testing and filling out the paperwork which they outsourced to a third party called "Integrity Medical Courier Training", Lab Logistics (now owned by BioTouch Corp) outsourced to a third party HR Company called "Openforce.com". I spent a week of my time and money, satisfactorily completing the application and certification (which BTW required me to enroll for overpriced supplmental Accident & Health Insurance they said would be deducted weekly from my pay and I did not have the option not to accept it in order to complete the application which I think NYS should look into, it seems like abusive practice and SCAM to me), only to find out after everything was completed they lied to me, the route was not available and they would not even respond. They told me I have to talk to the "Master Contractor" and that person blamed it on Lab Logistics for not telling them. I feel like suing them except that would cost me more time and money. This review is to warn other people, this company is NOT to be trusted. If you're driving for 2 weeks before you get paid do you trust them to pay you? And if they find someone to do it cheaper, will they tell you "sorry Charlie your route is no longer available". This is how the "outsourcing independent contractor" gigs are aggregating toward big corporations to abuse people trying to find work. Basically big corporations looking for cheap labor to skim off their slice of money from your pay with no liability or expense to treat you like disposable garbage.
