      1. Latest and evolving tech stack from GCP/AWS to python, GO, JS, Pytorch, GPT, nodejs 2. Lot of brainstorming if you love doing it and want to own things 3. Work hard and party hard in the city beautiful

      Cons

      1. At times it becomes a little cumbersome to balance between process and innovation. but that's the whole point of lean startup methodology 2. Lot of requirements at times are new. you will not find solutions on StackOverflow or chatGPT. so if you don't love brainstorming and want a more clear cut precise requirements culture then this is not for you
