Pros
I was given a a lot of elbow room to do my work and fulfill my target results. The people I worked with welcomed me and shared with me a lot about my company's goal, objectives and plans to do well in the industry.
Cons
Had a little training in my work as the person I replaced was shuffling her time between training me and meeting her daily work. Much of the work I has to learn by myself.
