Salary and benefits were fair considering the market. The work itself was exciting. Training provided was adequate and equipment was somewhat up to date.
Cons
Most ridiculous micro management I've ever experienced. Very antiquated policies and procedures. Your every move is watched and listened to. The fact that every laberge family member reads and see every email is pretty disturbing.
