Massive jobs that make you proud. Fantastic training and futuristic mindset. Good pay packages.
Cons
Poor work-life stability and massive disparity between skilled, hard working resource and underskilled, lazy resource. A high degree of red tape acts as a hindrance to logical progress. Some people have too much free time whilst others are in from 6am to 7pm and weekends to pull that weight.
