Pros
Very good possibility for good work to come out of this place. Higher standards to visuals. High involvement and learning in the creative development process. Very fast paced, ability to jump around on many different projects. Although things are improving slightly as of recent, still some ways to go.
Cons
Stressful and demanding work environment. Zero work-life balance, no possibility to plan life around projects due to poor communication/invovlement/and planning or that every project is either due at the end of the day or is 2-3 weeks of work expected to be done in 1 week. The entire office runs on a gamble that they ‘hope’ the understaffed team can pull off a miracle again and again because they stayed all night and weekend to do it before. Full dedication of your time required.
