Long hours, but worth it

Zero pros to working for this organization.

This is one of the worst organizations in the region. The structure doesn't matter, because the physicians will do what the physicians want to do. Management has little to no say when managing their teams. There is no growth, yet they will pile on the work with no increase is wage. DO NOT apply and continue looking for a healthcare organization that believes in their culture and wants to make a true difference in the community.
