Horrific toxic work environment & extremely low pay - Research Assistant Lallemand Employee Review

Horrifically low pay amongst the lowest in the industry. To add insult to injury, you will be pressured to work tons of overtime without any pay for those hours because the positions are salaried. And to top it all off, I had an extremely abusive, discriminatory, and toxic lab manager who enjoyed bullying her employees & interns. There’s no support for employees from HR or management either. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth it, and you’ll make way more elsewhere.
