Majority of clientele are 8-5, 5 days a week. This makes for an easy oncall of one week every 2-3 months. In that week expect 0-3 calls. Coworkers tend to be helpful and team oriented. Owners not afraid of firing bad clients.

Little room for corporate advancement. You will get raises and be appreciated, but if you are looking for title changes, then you will want a bigger organization.
