Is this your company?

Terrible culture that will break you and replace you - Manager Landmark Recovery Employee Review

Pros

This company is ran like an IT company (home office/upper management forgets that they are helping people in recovery). Great pay, benefits, and unlimited PTO (that they will guilt trip you into not taking) The pay and benefits traps you into feeling like you can't leave.

Cons

Where do I even start? Landmark Recovery is in reaction mode. They have messed up more ways then they can even keep track of that licensure for most of their buildings are at risk. They are in over their heads with a growth plan that wasn't executed to maintain their current census. The culture is so toxic that their strategy is to make you work as hard as possible without the correct training and give you unachievable expectations to then just fire you. "The Bar" was put into place which gives means for firing at any point. Its fear-mongering at it's finest. Everyone goes to work wondering if today is the day that either they will be fired or that the state will walk in to shut this place down. Home office/upper management admits to being so disconnected to the facilities that they truly don't care about patient safety or what their employees are going through on a daily basis. There is no sense of safety for patients or staff unless you are sitting at home office collecting a hefty pay check to not actually care about the patients.

Pros

Presented with great benefits and work culture upon starting. Noble mission.

Cons

Upon being in the main office, the environment was not what it appeared. Higher-ups would get upset and start yelling or cussing throughout the floor. Staff walked on egg shells. Then they pulled amenities from the office. Then came the mass layoffs. Lack of security in your role. If you weren't friends with the right people, you were out first. Even if you were doing your work, that wasn't enough to secure a spot. Also pay consistency issues where checks were delayed despite working your hours. High stress and poor communication on where people stood. I wouldn't recommend.
