Very diversified. Fast paced, yet fun. Challenging. Pay and Benefits are above average. Management is understanding. One of the best companies when it comes to their employees. The company could be compared to Google and Amazon. Fairness, Honesty and hard work are recognized down to the lowest level. Great potential for growth. Training happens on a daily basis. Formal training sessions with industry leaders and sub contractors happen on a weekly basis. Management teams encourage personal growth with in the industry. I have never worked with a more dedicated leadership team, to include the owner, who earnestly try to develop the most fluid and dynamic teams in the landscaping business. It is truly one of the most forward thinking companies in the greater L.A. area.
