There's no red tape, and it's really up to you to have a big impact on your team and your clients. People who make a big impact are recognized, regardless of their job title or level of experience. Ultimately, you get out of it what you put in it. The company's leadership truly believes in its mission to make the world more open and connected through language, and takes pride in providing more than adequate compensation and benefits to its employees for the past 25 years and ongoing. The teams are small and have a lot of autonomy, and it's amazing to see how much of a difference a single person can make at this place.
Cons
The downside is that a lot can go on at once and it can take lots of energy and discipline to stay focused on those things that matter most. You need to embrace challenge to get the most out of your experience. If you are looking to clock in at 8 and clock out at 5 this is not the right place for you, since it is a business working globally.
