The teams are small and have a lot of autonomy, and it's amazing to see how much of a difference a single person can make at this place.

The downside is that a lot can go on at once and it can take lots of energy and discipline to stay focused on those things that matter most. You need to embrace challenge to get the most out of your experience. If you are looking to clock in at 8 and clock out at 5 this is not the right place for you, since it is a business working globally.
