Pros

Honestly none. Terrible experience working here. There’s even creeps.

Cons

A great place to learn how to do three jobs for the pay and title of one. Communication was impressively inconsistent. Priorities changed daily, but employees were still somehow expected to read minds. Employees were frequently told they were ‘valued,’ usually right before being overworked, ignored, or laid off.

Pros

The people you work with on a day-to-day basis are usually amazing people and its easy to build lasting relationships, the pay is pretty good, the hours are decent, and benefits are great.

Cons

Upper management (especially VP) do not care about their employees or even the patient (questionable things have been pressured unto workers). They are selfish and think only of profit and their vanity. The new expected workload does not match the pay anymore. Bonuses and raises have been cut tremendously for those under management roles (the people that do the real work). The company has had 2 major layoffs, 2 small layoffs, and 1 "reorganization" event (another layoff) all within the last 2 years. Most of those laid off were nearing retirement, or cared about and recently fought for their employees. Job security is questionable. You can be let go at anytime and all they have to say is your title no longer fits within the company. There is no way of growing if you're below management level. Ive seen people who have started at this company for only 1 year get promoted twice (one even became a director) and those at the bottom have been fighting to level up for years. Instead of promoting operation workers with pay, they "reorganized" employee titles and kept their pay the same. There havent been any conversions in over 3 years (temps come and go regularly). The VP barely ever comes on site and when she does, she does not speak to or look at anyone unless they are a manager or director. Not even a "Hello" as she passes you by. That should tell you all you need to know about a person and the type of environment they are willing to create for those under them.
