      Pros

      The dormitory has a link bridge to the factory. Food have several options for employees.

      Cons

      Overpriced rent for a crowded dormitory. 5:1 ratio per room. 4000 per head in 6x4 space of room. Unexplainable fee for "brokers fee". 4 days of 12 hrs work for a 1 day rest day. Foriegn employees are not applicable to thier holidays but not compensated with a proper pay.

      One of the advantage in Largan Precision is that they don't have layoff's

      Maybe for me it's not the company having disadvantage for me it's only because i am far from my family
