      Very smart and wonderful people work here

      Annual layoffs lead to instability, and people are expected to absorb the work of others. Leadership changes direction constantly, but won't invest in making a better product.

      Healthcare industry is a slow-moving industry. Company growth has been slowed by the healthcare industry cycle. But for any deeply meaningful work, it's worth the wait.

      - tech debt is out of control - no clear direction. I don’t trust the CEO and CTO’s judgement - layoffs upon layoffs - sinking ship
