      Pros

      -It doesn't matter what role you have, from intern to CEO, everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and take ownership of projects -Everyone is willing to assist with urgent needs - no one uses "that's not my job" as an excuse, but instead asks what they can do to help -Going through some major growth, exciting time at the company

      Cons

      -As an early stage startup, it lacks some of the perks of bigger startups (fully stocked kitchen, company bus for those commuting from SF), but minor complaint.

      Innovative product, compassionate & one-team culture, diverse and inclusive team

      Cons

      Healthcare industry is a slow-moving industry. Company growth has been slowed by the healthcare industry cycle. But for any deeply meaningful work, it's worth the wait.

      - Remote work is nice. - Most of my co-workers are brilliant

      Cons

      - tech debt is out of control - no clear direction. I don’t trust the CEO and CTO’s judgement - layoffs upon layoffs - sinking ship
