      Pros

      Nice people, mature company, good benefits

      Cons

      They hired a COO who crushed the company. He had the personality of a robot, treated people like garbage, had no emotions, and he was useless. He absolutely added nothing to the company, and he also had no idea how to sell to the employer market. So many people either left or were fired because of him. What a waste.

      Cons

      Healthcare industry is a slow-moving industry. Company growth has been slowed by the healthcare industry cycle. But for any deeply meaningful work, it's worth the wait.

      - Remote work is nice. - Most of my co-workers are brilliant

      Cons

      - tech debt is out of control - no clear direction. I don’t trust the CEO and CTO’s judgement - layoffs upon layoffs - sinking ship
