Pros
If you like the scrappy startup culture and being trusted to wear lots of hats Lark is for you! Great opportunities for growth and building relationships across the organization and at different levels if you take initiative. General openness to collaboration and a very positive team culture.
Cons
Still a lot of uncertainty. Can feel a little disconnected between executive level and everyone else - not always clear what direction we are rowing. Many teams are stretched very thin and it's tough to get extra headcount allocated.
