Pros
Very professional group of engineers who are at the head of their industry. Highly encourage continuing education, asking questions and learning and preparing top quality engineering calculation books and drawing sets. Progressive implementation of new design methods and techniques. Competitive compensation in pay and benefits. Great working environment with good people.
Cons
Can at times be rigid and inflexible. Can be a lot of politics to go along with development of engineering practices (but I like to think they are just passionate). Most all negatives surround standard industry conditions - limited budgets, unreasonable client expectations and schedules.
