      Pros

      The many benefits are amazing. The insurance coverage is very good, they offer a 401K with a company match and a "limited" profit sharing (not a set percentage of profit, but a figure picked by the board to be split). Recently offered flex time.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth. Lack of communication and transparency. HR is not approachable.

      Cons

      Nepotism everywhere. No consistency, and no real business experience among upper management. They also cut entire departments of staff the week of Christmas.
